1 Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using Organiche (operating under "KDP NicheForge"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the platform.
Organiche is a specialized SaaS market-intelligence tool designed to help Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP) authors analyze commercial niche demand, formulate search keywords, and evaluate title viability.
2 Token Economy, Pricing & Refunds
- Pay-as-you-Publish Model: Organiche operates primarily on a prepaid token model. You purchase research tokens in Nigerian Naira (₦) as needed, without recurring hidden subscription fees.
- No Expiration: Purchased research tokens remain in your author wallet indefinitely until redeemed for a research generation session.
- Lifetime Pass: Authors purchasing a Lifetime License receive unlimited research access for the operational life of the platform, subject to standard fair-use guidelines.
- Refund Policy: Due to the immediate allocation of AI compute and real-time LLM inference costs upon running a research session, tokens already redeemed for completed research dossiers are non-refundable. If a technical error occurs during generation where no dossier is delivered, your token balance will be credited back automatically.
3 Author Content & Intellectual Property
You own 100% of your publishing output. All niche formulations, subtitle variations, 7-slot backend keywords, and marketing descriptions generated during your paid sessions belong exclusively to you. Organiche claims zero royalty, attribution, or ownership rights over the books you publish on Amazon KDP or any other retail platform.
Organiche and its underlying branding, algorithms, proprietary prompt chains, UI components, and software are the exclusive intellectual property of Organiche.
4 Amazon Non-Affiliation & Commercial Disclaimer
Organiche is an independent research platform. We are not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Amazon.com, Inc., Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP), or any of its subsidiaries.
Market intelligence, BSR estimates, keyword suggestions, and commercial viability scores provided by Organiche are data-driven estimates for research purposes. Book sales, organic rankings, and KDP account standing depend on numerous external factors beyond our control, including book quality, cover design, pricing, reviews, and Amazon algorithm shifts. We do not guarantee bestseller status or specific monetary revenue.
5 Acceptable Use & Fair Access
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code or API of the platform.
- Use automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or programmatic loops to access or farm data from the platform.
- Resell, sublicense, or rent access to your Organiche account to third parties.
- Attempt to bypass token balance checks or cryptographic session signatures.
6 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Organiche shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues resulting from your use of the service or publishing decisions made using the platform.
