Organiche respects the confidentiality of self-publishers. We understand that your niche choices, unreleased book concepts, and keyword strategies represent valuable intellectual property. This Privacy Policy details what information we collect, how it is secured, and your rights over your data.
2 Information We Collect
- Authentication Data: When signing in with Google OAuth, we receive your verified display name, email address, and avatar URL. If you opt into WhatsApp notifications, we collect your phone number.
- Research & Publishing Data: Niche topics, generated bestseller titles, 7-box Amazon keyword formulations, and export logs associated with your author ID.
- Financial & Transaction Data: Token top-up amounts and Paystack/transfer transaction reference IDs. We never store your credit/debit card numbers or bank account PINs. All payments are processed through PCI-DSS certified payment gateways.
- Technical Device Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and access timestamps strictly for fraud detection and rate limiting.
3 How We Use Your Data
We process your information exclusively to:
- Deliver real-time NicheForge AI market analysis and keyword packaging.
- Maintain and synchronize your token wallet balances and research dossier archives.
- Enable offline PWA access and export downloads in CSV and JSON formats.
- Protect the service against automated scraping, brute-force attacks, and token theft.
- Respond to customer support tickets and compliance inquiries.
4 Third-Party Sub-Processors & AI Ethics
We partner with enterprise infrastructure providers who maintain strict confidentiality standards:
- Google Gemini AI: User research prompts are transmitted securely via API to generate market insights. Your book ideas and research parameters are never used to train public foundational AI models.
- Google Cloud / Firestore REST: Encrypted persistent database storage for user profiles and research records behind authenticated backend proxies.
- Upstash Redis: Temporary low-latency caching of non-sensitive category metadata to optimize speed.
5 Offline Storage & Progressive Web App
Organiche uses modern browser storage (IndexedDB and LocalStorage) to allow you to review previously forged dossiers while offline or with unstable internet connectivity. This data remains on your local device and can be cleared at any time directly through your browser settings or within the app Settings page.
6 Your Data Rights (NDPR & Global Standards)
Regardless of your location, you have the right to:
- Access and review all personal and research data stored in your profile.
- Export your entire research history in structured CSV/JSON format.
- Request the permanent deletion of your account, token balance, and saved dossiers.
- Opt out of marketing communications or WhatsApp notification channels.
